Request deletion of your account.
You can ask us to delete your Credmo Capital partner account and the personal data linked to it at any time. This page explains what happens and lets you submit the request.
What gets deleted
- Your login (mobile, email, password) and profile details including photo and ID card.
- Your bank account, UPI and PAN details stored in the wallet section.
- Your notifications, device sessions and training history.
- Your referral links. They stop working immediately.
What we have to keep
- Payout and withdrawal records for the period required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically 8 years), in anonymised form where possible.
- Lead and application records that belong to the customer and the lender. Your name is removed from them; the file itself stays with the lender's process.
- Audit logs required for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
How it works
- Submit the form on this page (or email support@credmo.in from your registered email).
- We verify the request against the mobile number and email on the account.
- Any pending wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal is paid out to your verified bank/UPI first.
- The account is deactivated immediately and deleted within 30 days. You receive a confirmation email.
DSAs: your Connectors are not deleted. They are detached from your team and can continue independently or under another DSA.
